About us

The British Association of Paediatric Surgeons (BAPS) has been around since 1953 endeavouring to raise standards in paediatric surgery.  We are a registered charity, so are governed by the rules and regulations of the Charity Commission.

You can see our entry on the Charity Commission website where you can also download our annual report and accounts. The Association is governed by the Executive Committee who act as Trustees, and the Council which is made up of all Full members based in the GBI.
