Accommodation for Aberdeen 2010
Please find below a list of the hotels we have selected for the congress - there are other hotels in Aberdeen. Only two are on the same site at the Congress centre and these are the Holiday Inn Express, and Holiday Inn AECC. There will be coach transfer arranged between conference hotels and the AECC each day, plus to the evening events. A timetable will be sent to delegates once we know where the majority of delegates are staying.
We have also secured some University accommodation at the Robert Gordon University. This is in multiple occupancy self catering flats which have ensuite facilities and free parking. The rooms available are all ensuite at £28.00 per person per night and they will be mixed. Full payment must be made on booking.
We have some rooms reserved in 6 bedroom flats and some in 8 bedroom flats. Please download the booking form which should be sent with payment to the address on the form.
