Accommodation for Aberdeen 2010

The official booking system for hotels is now closed.  You will now need to contact hotels directly.  The Hilton Double Trees (Beach Boulevard) is the main congress hotel, and the Jury's Hotel is the most central.  At either of these hotels, you may still be able to claim the discounted congress rate if you mention BAPS.  Alternatively, please contact the Aberdeen Convention Bureau for advice.   There are  two hotels on site at the Congress centre and these are the Holiday Inn Express, and Holiday Inn AECC.  

There will be coach transfer arranged between conference hotels and the AECC each day, plus to the evening events.  A timetable will be sent to delegates once we know where the majority of delegates are staying.  

There may be some University accommodation at the Robert Gordon University still available.  This is in multiple occupancy self catering flats which have ensuite facilities and free parking.  The rooms available are all ensuite at £28.00 per person per night and they will be mixed.  Full payment must be made on booking.

There are  6 bedroom flats and some  8 bedroom flats.  Please download the booking form which should be sent with payment to the address on the form.
