Sponsorship

Several opportunities exist to enhance your Company profile at the meeting.

We are offering up to three Companies a Gold Sponsorship package.  This will include:

• 24sqm of prime exhibition space.  Space only or shell scheme as required
• 1 x page full-colour advertisement in the final programme
• 2 x full congress registrations
• Logo and Hyperlink on BAPS Congress website
• Acknowledgement in all pre-congress and congress publications
• Congress bag insert (max 4 sheet, A4 size)

We are also offering the following individual sponsorships.

• Advertising in the final Congress Programme

Exhibition

We are running a Trade Exhibition in conjunction with the meeting.  This will be held in the Boyd-Orr Hall, the same room where all the refreshments and lunches will be served.  It is also where we will hold the Welcome Reception on Wednesday night.

Stands, as outlined in the floor plan, are for a shell scheme standard size of 3m x 2m.  Multiple units can be reserved.

The Exhibition Package for each 3m x 2m stand includes:

• Grey shell scheme exhibition stand c/w the standard light grey carpet
• Name board
• Power socket
• Two spot lights
• Exhibiting on three days
• Catering for two stand representatives per day
• Company name, contact details plus 60 word paragraph listed in the final programme.

Exhibitor registration does not permit access to the conference sessions and we reserve the right to make small changes to the plan if necessary.
