All delegates must register on line. The online registration form is for one delegate only and his/her accompanying person(s). Only full congress registration enables participation in the Meet the Experts sessions.

Trainees wanting to attend the pre-congress training day at the Suttie Centre need to register for at least one day's attendance at the main congress.
BAPS members from overseas wishing to receive support should apply to the Honorary Secretary.
For all the meet the experts sessions (please see the provisional programme) there is a £30 charge and a maximum of 30 places available.
All other peripheral meetings including the History Club, Experimental Research Club, BAPU session, BAPES session, Trainees sessions and trainees dinner are included in the cost of registration.
Presenters should register as regular delegates - only Keynote lecturers qualify for the 'speaker' rate.

Accompanying persons registration:
Please note that there is no registration fee for accompanying persons. All are invited to the Welcome reception, but there is a charge for the President's reception and the Annual Dinner.
Transport:
There will be coach transfers arranged between conference hotels and the scientific sessions at the AECC each day with return journeys. There will also be coach transfers to all social events. Timetables will be available once we know the where the majority of delegates are staying. On the Wednesday prior to the main congress, there will be return coaches from the Suttie centre to hotels for those delegates who attend the History or Research club meeting, but you will have to make your own way to the meetings.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Nofication of cancellation must be sent in writing to the secretariat. Cancellation will be accepted until 15th April 2010 with a refund of all registration fees less 10% deduction for administrative expenses. Thereafter until one week before the congress a 30% deduction will be charged. Full registration fee is applicable and no refunds can be made for cancellations after 14th July 2010 or for participants who do not attend. All refunds will be handled after the congress.
LIABILITY
BAPS accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained, loss or damage of property belonging to Congress Participants, either whilst attending or as a result of the Congress. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
