10 minute papers are: 7 minutes presenting and 3 minutes questions
5 minute papers are: 3 minutes presenting and 2 minutes questions
All presenters should prepare their slides in PowerPoint for windows. The slide centre is 'Ludoteca' room accessible from the Foyer Sinapoli in the Congress centre.
The poster presentation session is on Saturday. In this poster presentations are 1 minute with 1 slide.
There are 23 poster walks over 3 days. On the poster walk, presenters should stand by their posters to present and receive questions.
All presenters need to be registered for the congress for at least one day.
Posters need to be brought in person to the Congress - please do not mail your poster. Dimensions of posters must not exceed the 90cm wide by 130cm high. Material for attaching the poster to the poster boards will be available in the congress centre, and there will be people to help you. Posters can be put up from Thursday June 14th from 8.00am, and should be removed on Saturday June 16th between 3.30pm and 6pm. Posters left after this time will NOT be posted. Posters should have a heading (listing title and author(s)) in a font that is not less than 4cm high. The poster should be readable from a distance of 1-2 metres. The poster should be designed to summarize current research in graphic forms and should be self-explanatory so that the presenter is free to supplement and discuss particular points.
