Meet-the-expert sessions

Please note that 2 sessions run each lunchtime simultaneously. Registration for both on the same day is not possible. All MTE sessions cost 35 euros each.

Social events

The Welcome reception and the President's reception are included in the registration price for delegates. The Annual dinner (with limited places) will cost 130 euros to attend. Extra tickets can be purchased for accompanying people.

The registration fee for participants includes:

Congress material in a congress bag
Access to all scientific sessions
Lunches and coffee breaks
Welcome and President's reception.

Cancellation

Until 15th April you can cancel your registration with a 10% deduction for administrative expenses. After 15th April until one week before the congress the deduction will be 30%. A written request to the Congress Secretariat is necessary to receive your refund.

There will be NO REFUND one week or les before the congress, and no refund for any courses or workshops not attended.
