Senior Clinical Fellow in Paediatric Surgery – NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde

Applications are invited for the above posts commencing on 4th August 2021 for six months in the first instance. You must have completed Core Surgical Training in the UK or hold a CREST certificate.

This post will not lead to a CCT in the specialty, but time spent in this post may be beneficial in applying to specialty training in Paediatric Surgery or related paediatric surgical specialties.

Post holders will be expected to participate fully in the departmental educational programme and be subject to learning agreement and engagement with the ISCP process. Although these posts do not hold educational approval from the Postgraduate Dean, they will give valuable experience in paediatric surgical and associated specialities (general surgery, urology and Neonatal Surgery).

To practice medicine in the UK you need to hold both GMC registration and a license to practice.
