The 46th Congress of the International Society of Paediatric Oncology (SIOP 2014) promises to attract acclaimed experts from around the world.

The inaugural meeting of the BAPS Colorectal Surgeons. This meeting will be held at the Royal College of Surgeons in London

The first International Congress on Biliary Atresia and Related Diseases will take place in Berlin, Germany

This year's symposium will include the 66th Simpson Smith Memorial Lecture given by Professor Agostino Pierro, Toronto. The day will also mark the retirement of Mr Edward Kiely.

The 4th annual congress will be held in Bratislava.

Both of these topics still offer challenges tot he paediatric surgical community due to large variations in presentations. Experts from Europe and overseas have been invited to deliver State-of-the-Art lectures and share their experiences in the diagnosis, management and outcomes in these areas.

Abstracts are now welcome to be submitted for this meeting which will be held in Toronto, Canada. Chair of the organising committee is Professor Agostino Pierro.

This meeting will be held in London for the first time at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

The South African Paediatric Association & South African Association of Paediatric Surgeons Biennial Congress will be held between 10-14 September 2014.

The Surgical removal of neuroblastoma tumours in mostly young children remains one of the major challenges in specialized Paediatric surgery. The striking biological differences between the sub-types call to consider the biological perspective for the individual surgical approach.
