The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of PAPSA 2016 being hosted by the Association of Paediatric Surgeons of Nigeria (APSON) is happy to announce that Registration is now open for the conference. As such abstracts are invited in all areas of paediatric surgery.

The BAPU Paediatric Urology Course is aimed to cover the intercollegiate curricula in both adult urology and paediatric surgery and offers an update in current thinking and practice in paediatric urology.

The 63rd Annual International Congress will take place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in July and will include keynote lectures and symposia.

“How can safe and effective General Paediatric Surgery be provided in local hospitals?”

An afternoon workshop to discuss how we might work together to improve surgical terminology.

Over the course of the two days key points will be covered for Hirschsprung Disease, Anorectal malformations and Cloaca. We hope practical aspects of care will be highlighted, future directions outlined and contentious areas debated.

This Workshop has been organised by Max Cervellione, Lead for the Bladder Exstrophy Service at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, on behalf of The Manchester Bladder Exstrophy Team, The British Association of Paediatric Urologists and The European Society of Pediatric Urology.

"Sharing Ethical Practice Together"

Following on from last year’s successful event, the next RCS Annual Surgeon Educators’ Day will take place on Friday 20 May 2016. The aim of the event is to bring together surgeon educators to share best practice and to discuss the current issues and trends relating to education and training.
