Annual Surgeon Educators’ Day

Following on from last year’s successful event, the next RCS Annual Surgeon Educators’ Day will take place on Friday 20 May 2016. The aim of the event is to bring together surgeon educators to share best practice and to discuss the current issues and trends relating to education and training.

Laparoscopic Liver Resection Course

Aimed at senior surgical trainees, consultants and theatre personnel with an interest in laparoscopic liver surgery, this one day course will cover the history and evidence for laparoscopic liver resection.

BAPS National Training Day- thoracic surgery from birth to adolescence

We would like to welcome you all to Glasgow for the National Training Day on 25th and 26th February. This will be held on the Queen Elizabeth Hospitals Campus, a new, state of the art facility incorporating Glasgow's Royal Hospital for Children. This is the largest hospital site in Europe. The training day will be held in the Queen Elizabeth Teaching, Learning and Education Centre.
